Kip has a strong track record across multiple industry verticals including credit monitoring, reporting and scoring services; discount shopping and lifestyle products; home and small office discount programs; elective medical procedures and real estate foreclosure subscriptions and as such has forge strong alliances with top consumer retailers and service providers including Barnes & Noble, Blockbuster, Home Depot, Office Max, Sharper Image, Staples, Toy R Us, Universal Studios, Walt Disney and others.

As a Creative Art Director, Bryan is known for his unique execution of marketing initiatives — including printed and interactive as well as web-based materials. Bryan has the expertise to manage the appropriate creative resources, writers, photographers and illustrators and oversee an efficient production staff and front-end web developers – taking your project from start to finish.

Bryan has collaborated with senior marketers, search engine optimization experts, product developers,account managers and sales executives to execute highly effective, profitable creative campaigns — on time and within budget.

Shelly Galvin, Managing Partner
Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Copy Director

Shelly Galvin is a renowned marketing professional with expertise in direct response marketing, copywriting, corporate communications, brand management, and public relations. Shelly has worked with dozens of major clients crafting marketing initiatives from conception through implementation.

Throughout her career she has been recognized for her achievements, including awards for writing winning direct response marketing campaigns. Most recently she was invited to serve on a judging panel for the 2008 Effie Awards.

As Marketing Director at WebMD, Shelly contributed to the company’s $300 million sales goal. She updated the company’s brand presence and created a suite of marketing collateral that uniquely positioned them within the highly-competitively online health information space.

With her roots in copywriting, Shelly leverages data to craft powerful messages and campaigns. She interpreted market research data to create WebMD audience insights for over 50 health condition segments, which the Sales Division ranked as their #1 most helpful sales tool in 2008.

At Vertrue (an $800 million direct response marketing company) she was Senior Director of Creative Services. She was the lead creative force in the development of loyalty programs for Victoria’s Secret, Citibank, VistaPrint, and others. She conceptualized membership materials and online program portals. She wrote and creative directed campaigns that increased conversion rates and improved profitability across multiple marketing channels, including online landing pages and banner ads, direct mail packages, and telemarketing scripts.

Shelly was a member of the team that launched PrivacyMatters.com, one of the largest and most recognized online privacy protection programs. To this day, her landing pages remain Privacy Matter’s control creative.

She played a key role in the rebranding of MemberWorks to Vertrue. She formed the company’s reputation management group, which utilized ground-breaking online content management and SEO strategies. Shelly authored annual reports for Vertrue and inVentiv Health.


Bruce McArthur, Managing Partner
Executive Media Director – Broadcast, Display and Outdoor Media

Bruce became a partner after three successful years with Thirteen/WNET where he worked as Director, Corporate Underwriting for shows like Nature, American Masters and Great Performances.

Bruce started his media career in 1979 working as a spot television research analyst for HR Television and Metromedia where he produced sales presentations for special events including the Olympics.

In June 1982, Bruce began a successful career in sales working for companies like Katz Television, Blair Television, and MTV. While at MTV, Bruce delivered annual sales increases of over 30% by attracting new accounts like MasterCard, IBM, Toyota, Ryder Trucks, and AT&T.

In January 1997, Bruce accepted the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing for VCS Technologies, a videoconferencing and video streaming company. Over the next two years, Bruce increased sales ten fold while personally delivering 43% of the company’s sales.

Prior to his tenure at Thirteen/WNET, Bruce worked as an AE with WCSH-TV, the NBC affiliate in Portland, Maine where he spent two years increasing sales over 40% by successfully attracting new clients.  He also spent time as Stategic Sales Director with WebMD and at AOL Time Warner where he directed regional integrated cross-platform marketing and sales efforts targeting the restaurant and consumer packaged goods verticals.
